How to Pay with Bitcoin (BTC)

Follow this step-by-step guide to complete payments securely and privately using Bitcoin.

01

Select Bitcoin at Checkout

When checking out, navigate to the payment section and select 'Bitcoin / Cryptocurrencies' from the payment options.

02

Redirect to Bitcoin Payment Portal

Click the 'Complete Order' button. The page will redirect you to our secure Bitcoin invoice window.

03

Review Your Invoice

The payment invoice screen displays the exact BTC amount, a unique Bitcoin deposit address, a QR code, and a countdown timer (usually 15-20 minutes). The cryptocurrency exchange rate is locked for the duration of this timer.

04

Scan QR Code or Copy Address

Open your preferred Bitcoin wallet (e.g. mobile wallet, hardware wallet, desktop app). Scan the QR code, or manually copy and paste both the destination address and the exact BTC amount into your wallet.

05

Broadcast the Transaction

Verify the details in your wallet, set an appropriate network transaction fee (we recommend medium or high priority to ensure timely processing), and hit send. The payment page will instantly update to 'Paid (Waiting for Confirmation)' once the transaction is spotted on the network.

06

Awaiting Confirmation

Once the transaction receives 1 confirmation on the blockchain (usually within 10-20 minutes), the invoice will mark as 'Settled'. The store updates your order status to 'Paid' and sends you an email receipt. You may safely close the payment window at any time after broadcasting.

Critical Guidelines for Crypto Payments
  • Invoice Expiration: Always pay before the countdown timer expires. If the invoice timer hits zero before you broadcast the transaction, do not send the funds. Go back, check out again, and generate a fresh invoice.
  • Exact Amounts: Send the exact amount of BTC shown. Sending an incorrect amount (under or over) can cause automated system errors, requiring manual support verification and delaying your order.
  • Transaction Fees: Ensure your wallet sets a standard/high priority network fee. If you choose low priority or custom tiny fees, the transaction may remain unconfirmed for hours or days, causing the invoice to expire.
