Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Seus Ventures LLC, doing business as Seus Peptides regarding your access to and use of seuspeptides.com and related services (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Research use only

All products offered through the Site are sold exclusively for laboratory, in-vitro, and pre-clinical research purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, personal use, diagnostic use, or any clinical or therapeutic application.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of products comply with all applicable laws, institutional policies, and professional standards.
  • You represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, and that you possess the necessary safety equipment, containment facilities, and trained personnel required for the safe handling and storage of these research materials.

Eligibility

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account registration and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price, taxes, and shipping charges displayed at checkout constitute the amount you agree to pay for that order.
  • We may accept payment through methods made available at checkout, which may include PayPal, card payments, cryptocurrency, and other processors we designate from time to time.
  • Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or compliance concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund amounts charged for that order.
  • You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information and to receive communications regarding your orders at the email address you provide.
  • Given the scientific and chemical nature of our products, you acknowledge that physical characteristics such as appearance, color, solubility, or weight tolerances may naturally vary between batches and that such variations do not constitute a product defect.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping, delivery, returns, reshipment for carrier damage, and order cancellations are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable export, import, or controlled-substances laws

Intellectual property

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Seus Peptides, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF A SPECIFIC ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seus Peptides and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, shipping carrier failures, customs delays or seizures, supply chain shortages, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply where they cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Last updated" date indicates when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
