Shipping area
Seus Peptides ships to physical addresses within the United States only. We do not accept orders for international delivery at this time. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout.
Order processing and delivery
We work to process and ship most orders within two to four (2–4) business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery timeframes after shipment depend on the carrier and service level you select at checkout and your destination within the United States. Estimated transit times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
All orders are packaged to help protect research materials during transit. We recommend refrigerated storage upon receipt when appropriate for long-term stability of peptides, consistent with your laboratory protocols.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information when available from the carrier. You may use that information to monitor delivery status.
All sales are final
Because of the nature of our products and the need to maintain strict quality control, all sales are final once product has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges of research materials after delivery. Each batch is tested and documented for purity and identity before release; once product has left our controlled environment, we cannot verify chain of custody or integrity for future research use.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged as a result of carrier handling (for example, broken vials or packaging that clearly failed in transit), contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damage and the outer and inner packaging as received.
After we review your submission, we may, in our discretion, offer a one-time reshipment of the affected items at no additional product charge. Reshipment is limited to one occurrence per order and does not constitute a refund. We do not provide reshipment for damage arising after delivery, improper storage, or misuse.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will resolve the matter in accordance with carrier rules and this policy.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order only before it enters our fulfillment process or before a carrier has accepted the package for shipment. Once a tracking number has been issued or the package has been picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; approval is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
