Order Tracking

Damaged Packages & Reshipment

In the event of a shipping fault, such as a package arriving damaged, we will offer a one-time reshipment of the affected items. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to initiate a reshipment request.
