All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of quality control and safety, Seus Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges for any research materials once they have been shipped. All sales are final.

Quality Assurance

We take extreme care in ensuring that every batch of peptides is tested and verified for purity and identity. Once a product has left our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee its integrity for future research use, which is why we cannot accept returns.

Damaged Packages & Reshipment

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do stand behind our delivery. If your order is damaged during transit (e.g., broken vials or compromised packaging due to shipping fault), we will provide a one-time reshipment of the affected items.

To qualify for a reshipment:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
• Reshipments are limited to one occurrence per order.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.
